Focus. Everything comes down to this. It is the one true sense.

Are you tasting that? Smelling that? Seeing that? Feeling that?

We get so good at things that we can do them automatically with no focus. The song just flows from our fingertips. Potato chips just shovel into our mouths.

I have heard some crazy things. But the funny thing about it, if you hear it enough times, from enough different sources, you start to believe.

And maybe in believing in that thing, you turn out to be wrong. Who will it ultimately matter to? Will you feel like a fool for believing, or would you feel good that you explored and learned?

In the last couple years, I have discovered Emma Catharine, Jesse Michaels and Elizabeth April. Not to mention the Telepathy Tapes.

In this journey, I learned very bad people did very bad things to very innocent victims. And these victims experience trauma which is terrible, but as a consequence causes their human minds to behave in ways most other human minds would not.

It became clear we have a duality of forces of evil and good that are at war.

We experience negative energy through:

  • sadness
  • fear
  • frustration
  • discomfort
  • cringe
  • awful taste
  • darkness
  • pain

And we experience positive energy through:

  • laughter
  • love
  • gratitude
  • fun
  • comfort
  • deliciousness
  • light
  • euforia

Everybody gives off different energy in their lives according to their current energy state. As we interact with others, our shared experiences can build positive and negative energy. Negative people bring us down. Positive people build us up.

I think we can all agree that we want to maximize the positive energy to live our best lives. And to do this, it's clear that we focus as much as possible on providing positive energy.

To do this, we simply focus. Focus on the positive energy.

Easier said than done. But focus really is the key. If you focus on detecting negative energy, you can be conscious to protect yourself against it. The negative energy wants to depress you. To argue with you. To frustrate you. If you let it, you embrace the negative energy and bring yourself down.

Thank you for reading. I love you all.

So, next time negativity strikes, declare: "I'm on a positivity diet—devouring exploding rainbow tacos! Your vibes might summon ninja kitten pillow fights!"
