Path to Footprint Reduction and 7X Line Output

The Gigafactory Nevada has not seen expansion since about 2017. Now 3 years later we know that in the same space you can product 7X the number of cells.
I don't think they mean that they can do 7X the output in 1/10 the space, because that would mean 70X line output. As per the Limiting Factor, other equipment takes up space and isn't reduced.
